What will be the first project to go on sale?
The first project will be a 200-meter, 46-story tower with just 402 apartments. The building will be located next to the future Central Park and the main thoroughfares of the new district.
The architecture was designed by Kleinewelt Architekten. Snow-white facades, stained-glass windows, and recessed terraces will create the tower’s multi-layered silhouette. The upper part of the building will resemble a house with a sloped roof.
The projected completion date is 2030. In addition to the first tower, plans call for the development of a full-fledged neighborhood featuring residential units, offices, social infrastructure, and public amenities.
Why are investors keeping an eye on this project?
Buyers are being offered the opportunity to join the project right at the start of the area’s development. As new phases are completed and the park, roads, and social and business infrastructure are built, the area’s appeal is likely to grow.
Another factor is the emergence of a new premium cluster along Leningradsky Prospekt. The route from Belorusskaya through “Dynamo” is gradually becoming one of the key development hubs in central Moscow.

Final prices, floor plans, and the composition of the first batch will be announced closer to the official launch.
