Fili City - skyscrapers near Kutuzovsky

Near Fili Park, the stately Fili City neighborhood is gradually being completed - a joint work of ADM and SPEECH Archbureau. The project consists of an urban block and two towers Andante and Adagio with the height of 42 and 31 floors.

The latter two wrap around the main square with a dry fountain and summer restaurant verandas. Dining here is a pleasure.

Landscape Aesthetics

The territory was designed by Buromoscow studio: they created many places for sports, recreation, children's games, leisure and pleasant meetings with friends. Along the houses stretches a boulevard with cafes and markets. There is also a kindergarten with a playground.

Children's spaces

The landscaped courtyard park will delight your kids with cool play areas. Playgrounds have been thoughtfully designed for different ages, from sandboxes with wooden ducks to a tall wooden tower on a hill for teens.
