“Slava”—club houses with a green park on Belorusskaya Street
One of my goals is to shoot all the iconic projects and locations in the cities where Whitewill sells real estate. Through photo stories, I try to capture the atmosphere and architectural details of these locations to help our clients find the right place to live or invest.
Once upon a time, this was the heart of the “Slava” watch factory; now it’s home to stately buildings featuring apartments, offices, and condominiums. Slava is a true story of style and comfort in the heart of Moscow, just 5 minutes from the “Belorusskaya” metro station.

Start your day with the aroma of fresh baked goods from the bakery, and end it with signature cocktails and Japanese cuisine at the lobby bar. The complex has everything you need: a restaurant with delivery, a fitness studio, and a beauty salon where professionals will take care of you.
There’s an educational center for children where every day turns into an exciting adventure. Drivers have access to underground parking with charging stations for electric vehicles and a tire inflation system.
The complex consists of 10 buildings. It offers apartments of various sizes: from cozy 24 m² studios to spacious multi-bedroom units with high ceilings.
The architectural concept was developed by the British firm Dyer. The complex’s signature feature is its façade: the interplay of light and reflections in the glass creates a memorable image. The lobby was designed by the renowned Sundukovy Sisters. They created a cozy, intimate club with meeting rooms and a fireplace. The lounge walls are adorned with paintings by contemporary artists. It looks stylish and upscale.
The landscape design, including the private garden, is the work of Gillespies. It features hundreds of plants, as well as areas for relaxation, play, and sports. Residents relax on the terraces and drink coffee, children frolic on the playground, and in the shade of the trees, someone reads novels by Sorokin or Pelevin.
