Another gold

Opened the spring with a warm meeting with Whitewill phantom equity owners at a Michelin restaurant on the beachfront in Dubai. We received a gold bar from Sminex for the best sales in 2024, as well as an award for 1st place from the developer Dominanta. Also, Oleg launched his third book "One Agency's Way. Volume 2."

Relax on the shores of the Gulf of Oman

In November 2024 our team set a record for sales in a month, and so in February we organized a vacation for the best brokers in Muscat at the company's expense. We relaxed by the sea, explored local projects and gained strength for new big deals. Our collection of awards was enriched with a statuette for overcoming sales of 20 billion ₽ from Sminex. Also, Oleg hosted a dinner with phantom stock owners.

Record January

A bright party at Bluewaters opened the year in Dubai, where Oleg summarized the results of 2024 and outlined plans for the future. Traditionally January does not bring high sales, but this time it was a record for the entire history of the company. We closed 110 deals worth 8.9 billion ₽, which is 40% more than in other Januarys.

A bright end to the year

In 2024, we closed 2,530 deals worth 165 billion ₽ in all cities where we operate - more than our competitors by an order of magnitude, if not 2 orders of magnitude. In December, we closed the largest deal in Moscow's rental department - we rented out a cool family residence in Khamovniki for 4,000,000 ₽/month. The London office also set a record - brokers sold a 6-story townhouse in Chelsea for 4,200,000,000 ₽/month. Oleg held a traditional dinner with the best brokers in Dubai and Moscow according to the results of the fall. And we also celebrated the end of the year with a special Whitewill Comedy Night party with famous comedians and a bright show program.

Established partnerships with China

We hired managers with conversational Chinese into the team to expand our partner network. Attended a trade show in Shanghai where we signed 50 partnerships with Chinese agencies who have already started referring clients to buy properties in Dubai, London, Miami and Oman. We also held a gala dinner showcasing Whitewill and our real estate projects to members of the Lamborghini Club in Muscat.

Opened a new office in Muscat

At the end of October, we expanded Whitewill's geography and opened a new office in Muscat, the capital of Oman. We registered the company and assembled a cool team of experienced local brokers. So far, externally it is a white box, but Oleg Torbosov will soon arrive and decorate the interiors in the corporate style.

Moscow's business elite drunk with delicious coffee

At the conference, Neforbes partnered and prepared a Hawaiian style coffee point with surfboards with branded identity and details on the partner program. And we also received 2 awards from the real estate developer Pioneer: for 1st place in sales for 1H 2024 and for breaking the 7 billion ₽ mark.

Sold for 10 billion ₽ in Sminex

Sminex, the main premium real estate developer in Moscow, gave us an award for reaching the 10 billion ₽ mark. We were the first among other agencies to reach this milestone. We also received a statuette for 1st place in sales for 2023 from developers Aeon Development and Sense.

Whitewill Sensation 8th Anniversary

Here we are again, the Whitewill Sensation party has thundered away, which was held on the open stage in Luzhniki with an even bigger scope. We gathered in one place our partners, developers, bankers, architects, clients who bought an apartment in 2024 with a high check, and all employees of the company. In total, the party was attended by more than 800 guests. This time the audience was entertained by musical groups Otpetye Rascals and Hands Up. And at the beginning of the month we again went on vacation to celebrate another company record in sales, which we set in May. This time the team of the best partners headed by Oleg Torbosov vacationed on the Mediterranean coast in Turkey.

Renovated offices

In May, we renovated and updated interiors in our Moscow City office in the capital. Employees of the country department moved to a new stylish office with branded details, which is 2 times bigger than the previous one. And the London team moved to a new office located near Hyde Park.

Record April

In April, we closed 225 transactions totaling -21.1 billion ₽ or $230 million, a new record for the company. Among the landmark transactions was the sale of 62 apartments in the Severny Port project on the bank of the Khimki Reservoir. And the commercial department was pleased with its first professional award - we demonstrated the highest retail sales volumes in Moscow projects of Strana.Development company.

Vice-Champions in the UAE Capital

Just over a year after opening our office in the UAE capital, we took 2nd place in sales from Aldar, the state-owned real estate developer that literally built 90% of all of Abu Dhabi. Along with the beautiful award, the developer presented us with a check for 500,000 AED, which we shared among the best partners. The Moscow office also distinguished itself. Two statuettes from the developer Pioneer came to us in Moscow City at once: for the 1st place in sales and the award for the best partner. We also received awards for sales leadership from developers Forma, Sminex, Level Group, Summa Elements, and Hutton Development.

And at the end of the month we organized a corporate trip to the Maldives with our best partners. This time we celebrated December's record sales.

Leaders of the premium market

We received a statuette for 1st place in sales from the developer Absolut, which is building one of the best projects in Khamovniki - Luzhniki Collection on Luzhnetskaya Embankment. And in this project we are leading with a big gap from our competitors. The secondary real estate department closed several deals with clients from China thanks to our brokers who speak Chinese. And February brought in a total of 11.4 billion ₽.

2023 results and new goals

We held a New Year's party for the Dubai office, where we called Egor Creed as the headliner. Sea, sun, sand and a terrace with palm trees - New Year's corporate parties in Dubai are held in resort style. And in the London office we closed an express deal - we sold 3 apartments for £2.7m in just 15 minutes.

Year-end results: for 2023, we sold real estate worth RUB 161 billion. A total of 2,700 transactions were closed across all areas. Contribution of each office: 51% - sold in Moscow: sales doubled over the year; 38% - sold in Dubai: maintained the pace of sales this year; 11% - sold in London, Miami and Abu Dhabi.

Fiery December

We received another 1st place award: this time the statuette was presented to us by real estate developer Sminex. We were in the lead with a result of 5 billion ₽. And with a big gap from the 2nd and 3rd places: our competitors sold 2 billion ₽ and 7 other agencies barely passed the 1 billion ₽ mark.

Our new square meter price record lasted exactly one month. Already in December 2023, top partner Nadezhda Kuznetsova sold an apartment in the Armani/Casa building for 872,000,0000 ₽. The price per meter reached the mark of 3.6 million ₽. And one more record to follow - in December we sold the most expensive apartment in Moscow in the history of the company. It was a luxury penthouse in Presnya for 1.2 billion ₽. December 2023 entered the history of the company with the sum of 22,400,000,000 ₽. We have never crossed the 20 billion bar in 1 month until now.

New office in Abu Dhabi

We decided to expand into the UAE and opened an office in Abu Dhabi - in a stylish tower on the business island of Reem Island. We opened a capital company and bank accounts, hired a strong executive who had lived in the capital for 13 years, and started recruiting a team.

Opened an office in the center of Miami

We rented a spacious office in the upscale Brickell neighborhood of Miami: a corporate-style renovation with moldings, gray walls, and our decor awaited ahead. We had already obtained a broker's license and started recruiting agents for the team. In parallel with the opening of the office, Oleg managed to hold several joint dinners with the best partners of Whitewill on the results of the next quarter.

And there was also the 12th corporate trip: the guys went on a trip to Turkey, where they celebrated June's super record - they sold 14 billion ₽₽ worth of real estate during the month.

First transaction in the USA

First transaction in Miami - sold a small condo on Sunny Isles, but closed it through a partner because we still needed time to get a broker's license. In the US, you can't just sell an apartment without a broker with such a license by law.

Conquest of America and the main party of Moscow real estate

The USA is not Russia: we could have had problems with entering the American market under our Whitewill brand on the grounds of political correctness. So Oleg decided to choose a similar, but slightly different name for the US market. He set the task to the neural network, which developed a variant - Wiseway. Two WWs remained - and that's the main thing.

In June we also held another Whitewill Sensation party, where we gathered all the color of Moscow real estate: top developers, architects, bankers and partners. In total, about 700 people came to congratulate Whitewill on its interim successes, learn about our grandiose plans for the future and socialize on the sidelines. And the background sang Basta, Anton Tokarev and guys from the group "Ivanushki International".

On the Mediterranean coast

Oleg Torbosov has been researching America and choosing a city to open an office and conquer a new mega market - the US. Meanwhile, his team was ranked in the top 20 in real estate sales of real estate developer Meraas for 2023. And in Moscow we once again took the statuette for 1st place from the developer Pioneer. And for the third year in a row.

In May we also set a record: we sold an apartment with the most expensive price per meter in the history of the company - 2,450,000 rubles. A luxurious designer penthouse in a house on Chistye Prudy was sold for this money. And we ended the month with a joint trip to a suburb of the Turkish province of Belek: we stayed at the luxury hotel Culinan Belek, 30 kilometers from the city. And according to Oleg, this is one of the best hotels in which he has ever lived.

Vacation in Africa

Whitewill is expanding the geography of its corporate travel. And to familiar destinations like Turkey and the UAE, Zanzibar has been added. The team spent just under a week in the African country, celebrating phenomenal sales successes over the past winter.

Masters of Mortgage Art

Whitewill's mortgage department set a record for the number of mortgage transactions. Signed 24k in one month, meaning they signed contracts every business day. In total for 5 years of the company mortgage department closed 583 deals totaling over 24 billion rubles.

Harvest of awards

The company started the new year with a triumphant note. It has collected the first places for sales results for 2022 from developers: Pioneer, Inteko, Optima Development, Absolut, Renaissance, Bel Development, Stone Hedge, Insigma, Center-Invest, MR Private, Valartis group, Level group, Vesper. The latter - for the third time in a row - awarded Whitewill for sales leadership.

For 2022, Whitewill sold RUB 100+ billion worth of real estate and closed over 2,000 transactions. Dubai office ranked in the Top 10 for the year with Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Select Group, Sobha and Azizi.

Sports excitement

The team sets a new record for sales in a month - R13,980,000,000: - 4% - London; - 27% - Moscow; - 69% - Dubai. From now on, Dubai will take the top spot in the total share of all deals in the company.

Whitewill Sensation

The company is holding its second Sensation party in Luzhniki, where 150 representatives of developers, 150 partners, 700 clients who bought an apartment with Whitewill in 2022 were invited. The new day record - 2.2 billion rubles.

The company again sets another record for sales for the month - 3,831,000,000,000 rubles. The next bar is 4 billion. Whitewill again took the main European Property Awards in the category Best Real Estate Agency. The phrase "Whitewill is the best" is becoming common place.

Over the summer, the team sold real estate for more than 7 billion rubles. After another record, all the top partners and the best back-office employees went on a traditional vacation to Dubai at the company's expense. They had a vacation at the Rixos hotel.

An experiment with houseboats and more

The company is launching a new marketplace to sell houseboats - floating homes that are 90% a comfortable apartment and 10% a yacht. They are designed for year-round living. In winter they freeze into ice without any problems. Houseboats are comfortable from -50 to +50 degrees. They are fully autonomous and unsinkable. Year results

Whitewill closes deals totaling over 1.5 billion in December and fulfills its monthly plan by 114%. A new company record, which will be subsequently broken dozens of times. The company receives a statuette from the developer Sminex for the 1st place in real estate sales in their projects at the end of 2018. And this is the second first place award from a real estate developer. Whitewill is among the top three in sales of apartments in Neva Towers and receives an award from Turkish developer Renaissance Development.

The team moves to a new office 430 in the Empire Tower, which is still the main home of the company. On the 43rd floor of 430 m² the interiors are being completely upgraded, 4 atmospheric corner meeting rooms with views of the Moskva River and Khamovniki. Whitewill receives the prestigious International Property Awards in the category - Best Real Estate Agency from Russia. And passes to the final of the competition, and then already in the Grand Final.

The company launches a training course for partners, consisting of blocks on the history of Moscow and its territorial division, the history of architecture and styles, interior design, modern real estate and others. This was the headline of Oleg Torbosov's post on his fb page on June 30. His personal story of buying an apartment through the oldest real estate agency with conservative mechanisms of work made it clear - there is room for one more player in the Moscow market, who will turn the rules of the game upside down. That's where Whitewill began. The company immediately emphasized aesthetics: from websites to printed materials, everything obeyed this principle.

The first office in the Empire Tower was transformed from a standard office box into cozy and stylish interiors.
