Agalarov Estate is a country estate of 260 cottages and plots. The territory is landscaped in the spirit of English parks. Residents of the estate have access to a rich infrastructure - a club house, tennis courts, fitness center, restaurant, children's English club and a professional 18-hole golf club. The estate is guarded 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

On the protected territory of the lake with a beach, equipped recreation area, English kindergarten, English elementary school, music studio and shopping center.

"Deauville" is an elite club-type cottage village located around a picturesque forest lake in Odintsovo district. There are 97 cottages in Norman style, designed according to the sketches of French architects.

"Azarovo" is a countryside village with cottages, townhouses and apartment buildings in classic style. There are 40 hectares of Novo-Darya forest, parks and a recreational complex for walks and recreation. A kindergarten, two private schools, a soccer field and playgrounds are open for young residents.

"Knyazhie Lake" is a cottage village with 1,036 stone mansions, luxurious brick villas and cozy cottages on the Canadian frame technology. In the center of the village there is a lake with a restaurant, a beach with a pier, three parks, sports grounds, a school, a kindergarten and an art school.

"Trouville" is a premium club cottage village of 87 cottages, townhouses and apartment buildings in the Norman style. The facades are decorated with carvings, paintings, rustovka, platbands and spires. A restaurant, a fitness club with its own SPA, a summer playground with an outdoor pool and a café-bar, and children's playgrounds are open for residents on the guarded territory.

"Uspenka 21" is an elite cottage village of club type with 30 cottages in a unified English style. Individual design solutions can be realized with the architects of the settlement. Each house has a garage. There is a children's playground for young residents.
