"Zhukovka 21" is an elite cottage village on the bank of the Moskva River, in the very center of the famous Rublyovka. There are 51 cottages on the territory, each of which is designed according to an individual project with finishing in modern or classic style. There are landscaped public gardens, a fitness club, an outdoor swimming pool with a beach, a children's club, tennis courts and a healthy food restaurant.

"Barvikha Hills" is a club settlement for 100 townhouses in hi-tech style designed by Dutch architect Erik van Egeraat, with panoramic glazing and laconic facades. All townhouses are connected by a network of underground roads and garages - this allowed to create a cozy pedestrian zone on the territory of the village.

"Novoe Lapino" is an elite cottage village surrounded by the Novo-Darya forest. On the territory there are cottages, townhouses and apartments in modern style with turnkey or unfurnished finishing. Children's and sports grounds, kindergartens, spa and sports club are available for residents. There is a shopping arcade at the entrance to the village.

"Azarovo" is a countryside village with cottages, townhouses and apartment buildings in classic style. There are 40 hectares of Novo-Darya forest, parks and a recreational complex for walks and recreation. A kindergarten, two private schools, a soccer field and playgrounds are open for young residents.

"Uspenka 21" is an elite cottage village of club type with 30 cottages in a unified English style. Individual design solutions can be realized with the architects of the settlement. Each house has a garage. There is a children's playground for young residents.

"Lyon" is a chamber cottage village surrounded by ecologically clean forest. There are 50 cottages without finishing in neoclassical style. Owners of forested plots can additionally rent a plot with the forest. The territory of the village is fenced and guarded.

"Nikolino" is an elite guarded cottage village. On the total area of 170 hectares there are more than 300 houses. A luxurious infrastructure has been created for the residents of the settlement: artificial reservoirs in the forest, landscaped parks, children's club, private beach, sports center, restaurant and cafes, stores, tennis courts and bowling alley.

"Beryozki" is a guarded club village surrounded by a birch grove. The territory has 151 cottages according to 18 projects in modern European style with panoramic windows. The architect of the project was the famous Swiss architect Daniel Schindler.

"Razdory-2" is a cottage village on the bank of the Moskva River, surrounded by a dense pine forest. The houses are designed in the English style, made of red brick and white stone with symmetrical elements, strict lines and restrained colors in the decoration. On the territory of the village there is a gymnasium named after Primakov, a private kindergarten. Primakov Gymnasium, a private kindergarten and parks for walking and recreation.

On the wooded territory of the Landscape club village there are country residences and houses made according to unique design projects in classical and European style. At the entrance to the village there is a cafe, a beauty salon, a French bakery and a car wash.
