"Springs" is a 25-storey premium-class clubhouse in Fili-Davydkovo district - literally a stone's throw away from Fili Park. The architects of Tabanlioglu bureau designed the building in the form of a glass tower elegantly rising above the surrounding greenery. The panoramic windows framed with aluminum panels reflect the morning rays of the sun and evening sunset clouds. On each floor of the building there are balconies where it is pleasant to drink tea and admire the magnificent views around: the picturesque vegetation of seven parks, the Moskva River, the high-rises of Moscow City and Moscow State University.
