"House A" - Brusnika's first project in the center of Moscow
I have been to Brusnika's finished projects in Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Tyumen. And each time I was pleasantly surprised by their approach to detail.
Quality of landscaping. Stylish playgrounds without colorful plastic kitsch. Attention to detail. Aesthetics of interior spaces. Harmonious architecture without visual noise. A developer for whom one is not ashamed.
For the developer, this is the first project in the center of Moscow, and it is obvious that they will try. So that the house becomes a business card. To turn out as they intended. And maybe even better.
Paveletskaya. It's a 12-minute walk to the ring subway station. To Sadovoye a few minutes by car. Near business districts and new residential buildings.
"House A" has six low-rise sections of nine stories each and the main house is 24 stories. There are 333 apartments in total.
More than half of the apartments have balconies, loggias and terraces. Downstairs are cozy townhouses on three levels with a separate entrance, above - two-level penhasuov with terraces. One of the penhasuovy for ₽100m we sold this week. But in general, apartments in the project start from ₽19m.
Do you know "Lingonberry?" What do you think of the architecture and the courtyard?
