The “Zolotye Krylya” Residential Complex is a premium-class neighborhood developed by Upside Development on Mosfilmovskaya Street in Ramenki, Moscow’s Western Administrative District (ZAO). The project’s alternative name is Upside Mosfilmovskaya. The four buildings combine two architectural styles: Art Nouveau-style clubhouses and high-rise towers, whose silhouettes open up toward the city like wings.
The architectural concept was developed by the Genpro firm, the architects behind the One skyscraper in Moscow City; the landscape design for the site was created by the AFA firm; and the design of the public spaces was handled by the Balcon firm.
Residents of Upside Mosfilmovskaya will have access to the exclusive 800-square-meter Upside Club, the Encore Fitness club with a pool and a 4,500-square-meter spa complex, and the bilingual Discovery preschool. The ground floors will house the Loro restaurant by Lucky Group, coffee shops, and mini-markets. Few projects in western Moscow combine a park area with views of the business district.
The complex features 716 apartments ranging in size from 32 to 550 square meters, with ceiling heights from 3.2 to 4.4 meters. The apartments along Mosfilmovskaya Street overlook either the green space or the city skyline. An underground parking garage with 708 parking spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles has been provided.
Ramenki is a prestigious and green neighborhood in western Moscow. The “Golden Wings” buildings are located in a prestigious neighborhood near the “Vorobyovy Gory” nature reserve, Mosfilmovsky Pond, and the Moscow State University Botanical Garden.
You can walk to the “Lomonosovsky Prospekt” and “Minskaya” metro stations in 10–15 minutes through well-maintained areas. By car, the drive to Kutuzovsky Prospekt and the Third Ring Road takes 5–10 minutes, and to the “Moscow City” business center—19 minutes—a rare combination of routes in Moscow.
