“Ice Towers” is a premium residential complex in western Moscow, in the Obruchevsky District. Three towers of varying heights are located next to the “Forest on the Samorodinka River” nature reserve, which covers 96 hectares.

Architecture
The architectural concept for “Ice Towers” was developed by KAMEN Architects. The three buildings have different numbers of stories. The main tower rises 224.5 m and serves as a new vertical landmark in the southwestern part of Moscow. The facades combine glass, steel, Stemalite, and aluminum panels.
Each lobby covers an area of 200 m². The armchairs and sofas provide a comfortable place to wait for guests or relax after a busy day. There is a fireplace area, a concierge desk, and storage rooms for strollers and bicycles. Pet-washing stations are available for pet owners.
The open-air terraces are furnished with outdoor furniture and decorative plants, and feature heated floors. This space is perfect for a variety of activities: read a book with a cup of aromatic coffee in the morning, work on your laptop during the day, and meet up with friends in the evening.
Private courtyard
The landscaping concept was developed by WOWHAUS. The project is based on a transition from architecture to the natural landscape: green terraces slope down toward the central walking path. The grounds are divided into areas for relaxation, sports, and play, including spaces for interacting with animals. There are six playgrounds, two climbing walls, and trampolines for children.
Fans of an active lifestyle will appreciate the workout stations and ping-pong tables. In the morning, practice yoga surrounded by greenery or soak up the sun on a lounge chair; in the afternoon, settle into a hammock among fragrant herbs with your favorite book. The parking garage occupies levels down to the −4 floor. Elevators from each building lead to the parking garage. The developer has designed 187 storage units, loading and unloading areas, a car wash, a tire inflation station, and charging stations for electric cars. A valet service is available for guests, and residents can summon a car to the entrance via a mobile app.
Residences
Ice Towers offers apartments ranging in size from 37 to 96 m². Panoramic windows bring views of the city and the forest into the interior: the rooms are flooded with natural light in the morning, and in the evening, Moscow lights up outside the windows.
