"Vesper" Wins Silver at the WOW Awards
An art film for the “Vesper Pogodinskaya” club house won silver at the 15th WOW Awards in the “Project Video Presentation” category. The film was created by Vesper and Miji Creative to mark the project’s sales launch. The jury did not award gold or bronze prizes in this category.
Instead of a typical property presentation, the creators produced an original short film. The plot is based on the idea of duality, embodied in the architecture of the two buildings: one snow-white and the other emerald green.
The imagery of the two buildings is conveyed through the female characters dressed in white and green. White is associated with light, air, and morning mist, while green is associated with nature, water, and the landscape of Khamovniki.
The film was created without traditional filming. The team used video generation tools, original direction, and editing to maintain a consistent visual style.
“Vesper Pogodinskaya” is located on Pogodinskaya Street. The project consists of two buildings with 64 apartments, including two penthouses. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. The architectural concept was developed by the firm “GAFA Architects.” The apartments will offer picturesque views of the Novodevichy Convent and the park.
Residents will have access to a fitness center with a pool and steam rooms, a wellness area, concierge service, and water and air purification systems. A intimate garden with seasonal plantings will be landscaped in the courtyard.
