Residential art object "MALEVICH" was put into operation in Otradnoe
The construction of one of the most conceptual residential projects of recent years has been officially completed in the capital's Otradnoye district. Concern "KROST" announced that it has received a permit for commissioning of the House "MALEVICH".
The developer did not depart from the original idea and built a real art object. The curator of the project was Italian artist Mario Arlati. He tried to saturate every corner with references to art. If you still don't understand the connection with Malevich, here's a hint: the architects were inspired by his painting "Landscape with a Yellow House".
The project's philosophy is based on the aesthetics of Suprematism. It is reflected not only in the appearance of the building, but also in the details.
This is the design of entrance groups and parking lot, the design of elevator halls and floors, the view of the courtyard and park. The developer's idea was simple: art should be an integral part of life.
The facade of the house is a huge canvas of 16,500 m². It is finished with aluminum panels in four shades of gold. The courtyard has been transformed into an open-air gallery.
An undoubted advantage of the complex is the multifunctional Malevich Service Center, where all the necessary services are located in a stylish space.
We just have to wait for the residents to arrange the furniture and turn on the lights in the windows. Only then will the canvas come to life and truly play.
There are many art-inspired projects in Moscow in general. We talked about them inour blog.
The Luce residential complex was designed by a Florentine bureau led by Marco Casamonti. Inside is a paradise garden from Botticelli's paintings. The architectural appearance of "Russian Seasons" is based on the expression of Diaghilev's ballets.
