"Luce" is a deluxe class clubhouse in the Arbat neighborhood, a few minutes on foot from the Kremlin. The project is hidden in a quiet historical alley in the very center of Moscow - away from noise and unnecessary attention. In the house with height from 5 to 7 floors placed only 46 apartments.
The architectural concept was developed by the Italian studio Archea Associati under the direction of Marco Casamonti. In the appearance of the house combined restrained classics and elements of constructivism. The facades were finished with natural stone, microcement and brass panels. Special attention was paid to the preservation of the historic building of the former cooperative "Moskovsky Postovik", built in 1927, designed by architect Vladimir Glazov.
The lobby was designed as a private space for rest and meetings - with a fireplace, upholstered furniture and author's interior. Wellness-infrastructure with a fitness room, spa-zone and yoga space was provided for residents. The house is also equipped with meeting rooms, a wine cellar, storage rooms and a separate area for storing fur coats. For cars - underground parking.
All apartments have author's finishing and installed "smart home" system. Interiors are presented in two styles - minimalism and neoclassic. In the finishing used natural stone, metal, veneer of precious woods, soft fabrics and suede.
The penthouses have wood-burning fireplaces and private heated terraces. A separate place in the project is occupied by the grand penthouse with its own entrance group and personal elevator. The design of its interiors will personally develop Marco Casamonti.
