A large industrial cluster will appear in Ochakovo-Matveevskoye

In the west of the capital continues the development of former industrial areas. Soon a new cluster will grow in Ochakovo-Matveevsky, which will unite production, science and public spaces.
The realization of the project will be taken up by the company Vozdukhotekhnika Invest. It is associated with the investment direction of S7.
The entire territory of the former industrial zone "Yuzhnoye Ochakovo" occupies more than 558 thousand square meters. Its boundaries run along the Moscow Ring Road, General Dorokhov Avenue and Ryabinova Street.
- Almost 135,000 m² will be allocated for production.
- Public buildings will occupy over 314,000 m².
- Another 109,000 m² will be allocated for mixed-use.
