"Gals-Development" — A Leader in Digital Transformation
Gals-Development took first place in the developer innovation index compiled by the Skolkovo Foundation. Unlike typical rankings, this index compared companies not by the volume of their construction projects, but by how actively they incorporate technology into their operations.
The index takes 15 indicators into account. “Gals-Development” scored 13.43 points. Experts specifically highlighted the digitization of construction processes, collaboration with tech startups, the use of robotics on construction sites, and the implementation of automated services in residential complexes.
The index results were presented at the VEB.RF City Labs venue. For Gals-Development, this result comes as no surprise: the company already uses smart hard hats equipped with sensors and buttons at its construction sites, and its construction equipment can be controlled remotely.
It seems that in real estate development, success is increasingly going not only to those who build a lot, but also to those who know how to build using more advanced technology.

“Mont Blanc” — a premium-class residential complex on the Moscow River’s waterfront. The project consists of five mid-rise buildings and a 27-story tower, and the units include apartments with terraces and penthouses offering views of the city center and the riverfront. The architecture was designed by the SPICH architectural firm. The courtyard will feature a green space with an amphitheater, a playground, and a sports area.
“Dom 56” — a premium-class residential complex in the Basmanny District with three buildings ranging from 20 to 27 stories in height. The project features floor plans with terraces and plenty of windows, and the first building offers fully finished units. Inside the complex, there is a landscaped courtyard, sports areas, a children’s club, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and shops.
