"KOD Sokolniki" is a business class family quarter near one of the largest parks in Moscow. The architectural concept of the project was developed by Ostozhenka bureau. The lower tiers were made of terracotta bricks, the upper ones - of glass.
The developer has designed compact studios, spacious residences for large families and penthouses. The apartments have master bedrooms with bath and dressing room, laundry rooms and kitchen-living rooms. The windows offer views of the endless greenery of Sokolniki and Losiny Ostrov parks.
A park with its own pond and stone cascades was laid out in the yard. In the morning you do yoga in the fresh air, during the day you walk through the flowering meadows or read a book in the lounge, and in the evening you meet the sunset on the sun beds by the water. For pets they have thought over routes with drinking fountains, equipped modern grounds for walking and paw-washing.
The lobbies are finished in natural stone and wood. Residents have access to a 2-level fitness center and a cozy co-working space with panoramic windows, a children's club and an art space for lectures and master classes. On the territory of the complex will build a school for 650 seats and a kindergarten for 350 people.
The project also includes a business quarter. A gastronomic space, a sports cluster with fitness and spa will open here. You will have French quiche with mushrooms for breakfast, Thai tom yum with seafood for lunch, and Spanish tapas or Peruvian ceviche for dinner.
It will take 10 minutes to walk to Sokolniki metro station, 3 minutes to Mitkovo MRT. By car you will reach the TTC in 2 minutes, and in 20 minutes you will find yourself near the Kremlin, in the heart of the capital.
