"Portland" is a business class project in the water area of the Moskva River, next to the Southern River Port. Eight buildings with height from 15 to 29 floors are united by shopping galleries and form an integral architectural ensemble. The project by Dutch bureau De Architekten Cie is inspired by the scale of the water: stepped facades of concrete tiles and clinker bricks open panoramic views, filling the apartments with light, sky and river.
At the center of life is a spacious lobby with concierge service and thoughtful comfort scenarios. The layouts range from cozy studios to family apartments with terraces, balconies and corner glazing; there are walk-in closets and windows in the bathrooms. You can opt for an unfinished or white box format to get right down to interior design.
The enclosed courtyard and waterfront by West 8 Bureau complete the image of a modern city by the water: children's and sports fields, dog areas, a stylobate roof garden and 412 meters of walking route along the river. Here it is easy to slow down, breathe in the space and feel the rhythm of the future - calm, free and filled with light.
