Residential Complex on Leninsky Prospekt instead of RAS Institute

On Leninsky Prospekt are preparing changes. Instead of the buildings of the Institute of Crystallography may grow a residential neighborhood. "Utkin Studio" has already shown its vision of the project: three buildings of different heights. Two buildings will rise to 8 and 9 floors. The third will be a high-rise of 29 floors deep in the courtyard.

On the appearance of the houses worked carefully. The walls were divided into three horizontal strips with different design. A heavy bottom, a calm middle and an expressive top with columns and glass. Nearby are venerable buildings of scientific institutes and old residential buildings. The new complex should harmoniously fit into this ensemble.

However, it is unclear whether these sketches have a real customer. Perhaps the studio was just practicing their skills on a free theme. Or, perhaps, behind the beautiful pictures is already a developer, who is looking at a dainty plot.
