Traveling with the Whitewill team - May 2026

I spent the last five days in Turkey with some of my real estate agency's top brokers. Twenty people from the Whitewill team. The top-rated Cullinan Hotel. Golf courses. The sea. Sunshine. And an impeccable Turkish buffet. All-inclusive.

We had originally planned a March trip to Abu Dhabi. But the Red Swan got in the way. So we moved our trip to May and ended up in Turkey.

For the 18th time, I gathered the best brokers and sent them at my own expense to the sea. To sit on a warm evening amongst loved ones and listen to the stories of how the guys pushed for the opportunity to join the Whitewill ranks.

How they worked at other agencies for years, gritting their teeth, dreaming of joining your team. They did. Then joined the best of hundreds of the strongest. To one day find ourselves on our journey together, sitting by the pool in the evening and telling you this story.

For many, it's a journey of several years. And I realized I'd be a criminal if I deprived the boys of the opportunity to live those moments because of some money.

Yes, money is important. It's the foundation of any healthy company. But you can't build a great business on money alone. It's about engagement. Motivation. Ideals. Traditions. Play. Competition. Emotions are important.

Without that, you don't get the corporate spirit that we have at Whitewill. And that's what I'm willing to pay the big bucks for. Even when the markets are going through tough times. Even when financiers say spending is unsustainable. Whatever, we only live once.

I've set a plan for the team for the next trip. We need to sell 19 billion rubles worth of merchandise in a month.
