Whitewill Dacha

Oleg Torbosov, founder of Whitewill, tells us.

A couple weeks ago we were sitting at dinner with the guys from Whitewill, and Andryukha, our mortgage baron, suddenly suggested:
- Why don't we build a country house for our team? We'll call it Whitewill Dacha. We can have the guys come there, relax, chill out.

I kind of joked it off at the time, but the idea stuck in my head, and for the next week my inner aesthete was running scenarios in my head of what a Whitewill Dacha could be.

I envisioned a cozy country house with big full-wall windows, optimally made of timber with that nice woody smell. In the yard cool bathhouse with a font, swimming pool, its own gym and tourniquets on the street. The house has many bedrooms and a large living room with second light, fireplace and soft sofas. The backyard has a BBQ area, lounge chairs, and a long table for communal dinners.

The Wytheville Dacha will be free for any company employee to come, with a private room reserved in advance.

And not only brokers and heads of departments, but also marketers, designers, projektov, back office team and even the mortgage department will be able to rest there. It will be possible to come to the dacha both alone and with the family: husbands, wives, children.

At the same time, the guys will be able to chill there not only on weekends, but also during the working week - in our country residence we will set up a special area with computers, where you can do tasks.

And although our cottage will be available to all the guys on the team, I would prioritize booking to the staff with the highest stats, and keep a separate room for the season's best broker, the Dominator.

In the end, I weighed everything up and decided to start preparing for the launch of the Vytill Dacha. At the first stage we will test the hypothesis and we will not build a dacha from scratch - we will rent a large country house with many rooms for a year, equip it over the winter and next season it will open its doors for our team.

Thought that we do not need to have this house on the poncy Rublyovka or popular Riga - any direction will do, but no further than an hour and a half drive from Moscow.
