On October 20, in the Whitewill lecture hall for our brokers there was a training about smart home systems in modern new buildings. We invited an expert in this field, who works with major Moscow real estate developers, and together we put together a cool lecture, where we analyzed 18 functions of a smart home, and how this thing affects the scenarios of life and its quality.
On the example of three Moscow projects of business and premium class, they analyzed how much a smart home costs, and what this cost is made up of. For this presentation, the guys from the Whitewill project team even made separate renderings of an apartment with a smart home, and also collected screenshots of smart home interfaces for controlling lighting, climate, security, and multimedia systems. It was clear even to those who are not familiar with smart home.
