We have been creating our own ecosystem of skyscraper dwellers for several years, publishing the magazine, and have made a private chat room for those who live in the City permanently. It has 140 verified members who are friends, socialize, visit each other. And they buy real estate from us. In 2019 we sold apartments in the City for more than 1 billion rubles, and in two months of 2020 already more than 200 million rubles.
Judging by the number of fitness clubs operating in the City, residents of the Business Center should definitely be the healthiest and most athletic residents of Moscow: World class in the "City of Capitals", Atmosphere in "Empire", Nebo in "Federation", Fifth Element in "Afimol", Encore in "OKO", and Black star fitness - winter premiere from Timati in "Mercury". There will be a good fitness center with a swimming pool in the Capital towers complex, which is still under construction.
