Contest for good interior studios and designers

We still sell half of the apartments in Moscow without finishing. Time and time again, clients have asked our brokers to recommend a good design studio that has its own proven crews and who can do the roughing, finishing and furnishing on a turnkey basis.

Two years ago, we announced our first competition, for which we received 120 entries from design studios. We selected 20 finalists. We included the top eight companies in our Whitewill Design Studio Directory and began recommending them to customers by creating a separate service.

How it works. A customer has bought an apartment and wants to renovate. He fills out a brief of 24 questions about his specifics of life and wishes for the organization of space in the apartment. The brief together with the basic layout of the apartment is published in our working WhatsApp chat with all design studios. According to this data, our studios make examples of layouts for the client.

The customer receives 4-6 different layouts free of charge in 2 days and chooses a few that he likes from them. After that, the client shows in the catalog which interior styles he likes. The studios calculate a preliminary estimate. The customer meets online or comes to our office, chooses the finalist, discusses the terms and signs a contract for repair, finishing and furnishing of the apartment. Nothing complicated. We have already closed dozens of such projects.

In the first week after the launch of this service, our client chose a design studio according to our methodology and signed a contract to renovate an apartment in Zamoskvorechye for 44,000,000 rubles. Since then, almost every month our partners receive orders for finishing from Whitewill customers in premium residential complexes in Moscow.
Now the number of deals we are growing and we decided to remove from the catalog a few of the least active partners and add to our pool of design studios 4-5 more good Moscow companies.

What are the conditions for the companies:
- work in Moscow and have an office here;
- have proven teams and do turnkey projects;
- To have at least 10 made projects of apartments in business premium and deluxe class houses, which can be seen, at least on the photo.
- Not necessary, but cool, to have awards, publications and other such vanity stuff that clients like.

What needs to be done:
- Email design@whitewill.ru a pdf presentation, website link or Google drive of your portfolio. There should be photos/renders of Moscow objects not less than five pieces. We strictly look at their quality.
- In the letter write: how many people in the team, how long you have been working, where the office is located, your prices for design projects, what you specialize in or what projects you like, if there are some interesting chips you have, also write.

In two weeks we will review the applications and in the first half of June we will select finalists with whom we will have face-to-face meetings and agree to work. We know many studios have been waiting for this second set. Welcome.
