Shall we play the game? Conquering the real estate market

I want to share my plans to take over the real estate market on one particular planet. It's going to take a lot of doing, I'm ready. Yes, and most importantly I know what to do. We start with Moscow. This month.

My idea to open my agency to sell expensive apartments was born more than a year ago, when I set a goal in St. Petersburg to buy an apartment in «Tsar's Capital», a good residential complex in the city center near Nevsky Prospekt.

With the tenth time dialed Gazprombank and asked to approve the mortgage. The girl who answered the phone cheerfully asked if I worked at Gazprom. My assistant filled out the 14 sheet questionnaire, attached all the documents and we started waiting for a reply. A week later the bank wrote that the questionnaire on the site was old and we should fill out another one. We did it. Silence. We sent a request, and how long to wait for a decision?
