Winter issue of Moscow City Guide

This year, we’re ringing in the New Year with restaurants that close at 11:00 p.m. There are no more parties at Bamboo Bar and Birds; large companies have canceled their corporate parties and have even begun to gradually rent out their large, empty offices. For example, KPMG subleased 4,500 square meters in the “Tower on the Embankment” to the Kommersant publishing house. Last year’s winter issue featured Timur Yunusov on the cover, grandly opening “Blackstar Fitness.” This issue features Huseyn Hasanov, who also has a black beard and a comparable social media following—16 million for Huseyn versus 16.3 million for Timati.

At the beginning of the year, Huseyn bought an apartment from us and moved into Neva Towers. We also sold apartments to his friends right next to his—it’s going to be a party floor. In an interview with the MCG editorial team, Huseyn talked about his journey from the very beginning to the City. Whitewill remains the leading real estate seller in the City and added another 600,000,000₽ to its portfolio of tower deals over the last quarter. In 2021, we’re preparing to launch sales for the One Tower skyscraper.
