Traditionally, we'll start with the small ones. We sold an apartment in Big time and two apartments in the new project "Samoleta" on Novodanilovskaya for 33 800 000₽, closed three deals in "Krylia" for 60 800 000₽. We sold small lots in Stone towers and Riversky, and this plus 30,100,000₽ in July. Also gone were two apartments in the Chkalov project for 34,200,000₽ and an apartment in Silver Fountain for 29,250,000₽.
Found their new owners with our help an apartment in Neva towers for 29,900,000₽ and an apartment in Aquatoria for 38,600,000₽. Closed one of the first deals in the new Lumin by Hutton for 31,300,000₽ and sold an apartment in the Mitte clubhouse for 22,500,000₽.
Signed a deal on Dolgorukovskaya 25 for 45,500,000₽ and sold three apartments in the Red7 project on Sadovoye for 91,000,000₽. We sold one of the last penthouses with a terrace in Bolshevik for 53,000,000₽. Yes, and also an apartment from the owner in the club house "Monet" in Presnya for 34,000,000₽.
Speeding up. Two deals at Lucky by Vesper for 90,700,000₽. Sold an apartment in a new Carre blanc building on Ostozhenka for 72,200,000₽ and a nice lot in Artisan on Arbat for 98,780,000₽. Another City deal is an Apartment in Capital towers for 80,000,000₽.
But that was just the beginning and the heavy artillery comes in. Sold a nice view apartment in Garden Quarters for 141,000,000₽. Closed two deals in club mansions "Polyanka, 44" for 264,370,000₽. Well, the city department's top deal. With the help of Whitewill brokers, a villa in a house with Atlantes on Solyanka has found a buyer. And that's the cherry on the cake - 265,000,000₽.
Only for the new houses in the center of Moscow we managed to close deals for 1,546,000,000₽. But we still have country real estate departments, mansions and an office in London, which did not sit idle either. The guys sold a mansion in Khokhlovsky Lane for 200,000,000₽, the London office closed two deals in Berkeley's Kidbrooke Village and Barratt's Ridgeway Views. That's another £1,050,000 or 102,000,000₽. Well, on the last day of the month, three house building plots sold at once for a total of 708,000,000₽. Closed another five leasehold deals in the City, but I don't count them as total sales.
We have never done such a volume of deals in our four years of operation. In July, we did a record 2,556,000,000₽. We've been on the road to this result for four years, we've been close several times, but we finally broke through the coveted two billion sales per month mark. Our new record is the best gift from the whole team, customers, partners and real estate developers for the company's birthday. Thank you, loved ones.
