"Mont Blanc"
A gem of Zamoskvorechye right on the riverfront
“Mont Blanc” is a luxury residential complex on Shluzovaya Embankment, in the heart of Zamoskvorechye. Developed by “Gals-Development,” the project is located right on the waterfront.
The complex consists of six sections of varying heights. The central tower rises 27 stories. The developer has designed 341 apartments, including residences with private terraces measuring 60 m² and penthouses up to 228 m² with 4.35-meter-high ceilings. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.
The windows of “Mont Blanc” offer views of the Moskva River and the capital’s historic center. In the morning, you go for a walk by the river; during the day, you work in the green courtyard; and in the evening, you head to a concert at the House of Music. On your day off, you can stroll through Zamoskvorechye or shop for new clothes at TSUM.
Architecture
The “Montblanc” architectural project was developed by the SPICH architectural firm, led by Sergey Choban. The complex’s main feature is a 27-story tower with a striking glass silhouette. The finishes feature natural stone, concrete, and glass—a combination that evokes snow-capped cliffs and mountain lakes. The lobbies are designed in a light color palette with glossy surfaces. Warm copper tones, reminiscent of the rising sun, appear in the spaces designed for work and social gatherings.
Private courtyard
The “Montblanc” courtyard was designed by the landscape architecture firm “Scape.” A garden featuring spruce, pine, red maple, linden, magnolia, anemone, and hydrangea trees was laid out on a 6,780 m² site.
The park area begins with an amphitheater for events. In the center of the garden is a playground designed for children of various ages. Further back is an open-air workspace. Walking paths wind through a green tunnel of trees.
Infrastructure
“Mont Blanc” is designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles. Residents can meet with friends or hold business meetings in the club area. In the courtyard, they can take walks, exercise, and play with their children.
A two-level underground parking garage with 267 spaces is provided for vehicles. The complex features state-of-the-art engineering systems. Supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning maintain a comfortable indoor climate, and the water is treated.
Access to the premises and building entrances is strictly controlled, with video intercoms, surveillance cameras, security alarms, and fire protection systems in place. The “smart home” system recognizes license plate numbers upon entry. You can access the building using a tag on your smartphone.
Residences
The project features 341 apartments. We offer cozy one-bedroom options, spacious family residences, and penthouses ranging up to 228 m².
Apartments with terraces hold a special place in our lineup. In the morning, you can enjoy a fragrant cup of coffee in the fresh air, and in the evening, host a family dinner with a view of the city. Panoramic windows make the views of the river, the sky, and Moscow’s architecture part of the interior.
Location
“Mont Blanc” is located on Shluzovaya Embankment, next to the Paveletskaya Metro Station. The building stands right on the waterfront, across from the House of Music. The surrounding area features embankments, historic buildings, modern urban spaces, restaurants, museums, and theaters. It’s a 10-minute drive to the Kremlin.
Spend the evening at the Tretyakov Gallery, GES-2, or “Krasny Oktyabr,” take a walk to the Kremlin and other cultural landmarks in central Moscow, or read your favorite book in Paveletsky Park. Active leisure enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of fitness clubs, including the REBOOT FITNESS chain of premium studios.
Who Will Find “Mont Blanc” Suitable?
This project will appeal to those who want to live in the center of Moscow but prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle. “Mont Blanc” combines proximity to the Paveletskaya Metro station, the historic center, cultural attractions, and a private courtyard.
If striking architecture, picturesque views, and proximity to the water are important to you, you’ll love this project.
