“Donstroy” ranks among the top 3 best management teams
Donstroy’s management team ranked among the top three in the real estate development sector according to the “Top 1,000 Russian Managers” ranking. Nine of the company’s executives made the list, including CEO Andrei Bagaev.
The “Top 1,000 Russian Managers” ranking is compiled annually by the Russian Managers Association and the Kommersant publishing house. For the first time, the organizers highlighted the best management teams by industry. The ranking is based on expert voting, in which executives evaluate the professional achievements of their colleagues.
Whitewill’s portfolio includes several Donstroy projects currently under construction:
“Ostrov” — a residential neighborhood in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain, surrounded by the Moskva River and a nature park. The area features a school, cafes, shops, and sports facilities, including the “Navka Arena” and the Academy of the Future. The courtyards feature a variety of spaces for recreation, sports, and walking.
“Sobytie” — a premium neighborhood on Mosfilmovskaya Street next to the 24-hectare park of the same name. In the completed part of the project, cafes, restaurants, shops, fitness centers, a school, and kindergartens are already open. The courtyards feature playgrounds and sports fields, mini-boulevards, amphitheaters, and recreational areas.
