"Annabelle" — a house with robots
Located on Kursovoy Lane, 100 meters from Prechistenskaya Embankment, is a seven-story club house with just 9 residences. Each floor has no more than two apartments. For the Golden Mile, where new developments are rare, this is a truly intimate scale.
The building features a neoclassical facade made of natural stone. French balconies set the tone, and the first floor features tall display windows with brass trim. The grand wooden front door was custom-made. Inside is a lobby with collectible furniture, tapestries, and a lounge area where you can entertain guests without having to go up to your apartment.
The building features several unique layouts. On the first floor is an 87 m² residence with its own patio, hidden behind a green hedge. On the fifth floor is a 273 m² apartment with terraces totaling 130 m². And at the very top is a two-level penthouse spanning 500 m² with a wood-burning fireplace and a private elevator.
But the parking facility deserves special attention. There are 16 parking spaces provided for the 9 residences. You won’t have to search for a spot or maneuver in the underground garage yourself: the driver leaves the car in the reception area, and an automated system moves it to a parking space. When the car is needed, the system will bring it back. For central Moscow, where every meter underground counts, this is a rare engineering solution.
It’s an 8-minute walk from the building to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. It’s about a 15-minute walk to GES-2 and the Kremlin, and you can reach Prechistenskaya Embankment itself in just a couple of minutes.
We’ve filmed two tours for you. In the first, we show how the robotic parking system works, and in the second—the building’s architecture, the lobby, and interesting residence layouts.
