Secret Garden is a premium residential complex in the Obruchevsky District in southwestern Moscow. The project developer is KORTROS Group, which acquired the site from Level. The architectural concept was developed by the MARKS GROUP team in collaboration with the British firm Dyer. The complex will consist of three buildings of varying heights—Aqua, Terra, and Flora—connected by a shared stylobate featuring comprehensive infrastructure and a two-level underground parking garage.
The project’s three buildings will feature apartments with panoramic windows and ceilings at least three meters high. A particular highlight is the unique floor plans that the developer has incorporated into the concept. Some units on the lower levels are designed with private patios, while apartments with terraces are planned for the upper floors of certain sections. Residents enjoy breakfast on their terraces, watching the sunlight dance across the facades of the “bud”-shaped buildings; they work in living rooms flooded with light through the panoramic windows; and in the evening, they enjoy cozy dinners against the backdrop of the lush greenery in the private parks.
