The “Levenson” building on Patriarch’s Ponds is the former printing house of Fyodor Shekhtel, integrated into a modern premium neighborhood. During restoration, the Art Nouveau facades, glazed brickwork, bas-reliefs of printers, wrought-iron elements, the historic staircase, and early 20th-century Metlakh tiles were preserved. The “Mecenas” in the Kadashevskaya Sloboda has preserved the 18th–19th-century estate architecture, historic mansions, inner courtyards, and the atmosphere of an old Moscow merchant district. Price starting at 1,309,000 ₽/m².

And in the legendary “House with Atlanteans” on Solyanka, the late 19th-century facades underwent a meticulous restoration, including the reconstruction of the figures of the Atlanteans, caryatids, stucco moldings, and historic window openings. Price starting at 1,251,000 ₽/m².

In such projects, developers preserve the exterior appearance of the buildings and authentic interior details: Metlakh tiles, Monier arches, wrought-iron elements, oak staircases, historic brickwork, and bas-reliefs.
