"Mangazeya" to Invest 1 Billion Rubles in "Aura"
The developer “Mangazeya” will allocate nearly 1 billion rubles for the landscaping of the premium “Aura” complex in Moscow’s Danilovsky District. The landscaping concept, covering an area of more than 19,500 m², was developed by the “Wow House” architectural firm. The territory will be divided into a public area, open to everyone, and a private courtyard for residents.
The public area will feature a pedestrian boulevard and a central plaza. Its main feature will be a natural stone composition with a waterfall.
Along the walking paths, green islands will be created with outdoor coworking spaces, meeting areas, and places to relax. The new space will become part of the urban environment of the Danilovsky District.
A separate, multi-level courtyard park will be created for residents. It will feature an amphitheater, a winding bridge, playgrounds, and secluded relaxation areas. The landscaping will incorporate coniferous and deciduous trees, large boulders, and water features. The landscape was designed so that the courtyard remains attractive in every season.
“Aura” will consist of two towers: the 42-story Bronze Tower and the 41-story Silver Tower. The architecture was designed by the firm “A-N-D Architects.” The complex will feature 916 apartments ranging in size from 28.1 to 146.4 m², with more than 40 different floor plans.
