Capital Group — WOW Awards
On September 17, the WOW Awards 2026 ceremony took place in Moscow. Winners were announced in seven categories. Two Capital Group projects received awards.
The “Uzory” club house in Khamovniki won silver in the “Project Brand: Premium and Elite” category. The concept was developed by the “159 Foundation” agency. It was based on the idea of the “House of Hand-Cut Gems,” which combines Russian cultural heritage with contemporary design.
The project features 73 apartments, including penthouses. The windows offer views of the Moscow River, “Moscow City,” Moscow State University, and downtown Moscow. Residents will have access to a private garden, recreational areas, a children’s play area, lounges, and a wellness center.
The “Masters” luxury residential complex received a gold award in the “POS Materials—Brochure: Premium and Elite” category. The project’s concept is rooted in the history of the Aeroport district, where engineering, science, and culture flourished. The presentation of the residential complex explored this theme through architecture, art, and a modern lifestyle.
The project features 672 apartments, with buildings ranging from 8 to 25 stories in height. Residents have access to a private courtyard, a fitness center, a club lounge, a business lounge, and a children’s play area. It’s a pleasant place to exercise, work, and spend time with family and friends.

Tatum residential quarter is a business class project in Obruchevsky district in the south-west of Moscow. The developer is Forma Company / Forma, founded in 2021. The architectural concept was developed by the bureau ".ket" / .ket, which designed an ensemble of five towers of variable storey height from 16 to 35 floors. The total area of buildings in the project will be about 87,500 square meters, and a total of 796 residences are designed in the complex.
