Summer 2026 Launches

While Moscow was enjoying the summer, the new-construction market saw the addition of new projects. And, what’s particularly interesting, developers have focused almost entirely on the premium and deluxe segments.

“OM Botanical” by “OM Development”

The project consists of five buildings ranging from 4 to 19 stories in height. It will feature 428 apartments ranging from 28 to 176 m² and an underground parking garage for 194 cars.

The main feature of “OM Botanical” is its surroundings. The Botanical Garden, VDNKh, Sviblovo Park, and the Yauza River offer plenty of options for walks and relaxation. The complex itself features apartments with terraces, patios, mezzanines, and skylights, as well as penthouses with fireplaces.

“26 Parkview” by MR

This intimate, premium development will be located between Dubki Park and Timiryazevsky Forest. The building will feature 257 apartments ranging from 33 to 165 m².

“26 Parkview” is particularly appealing for its combination of city life and green surroundings. After a day at work, there’s no need to travel across town just to go for a walk: the park and the forest become part of your daily routine. The project will also restore a historic building designed by architect Karl Gippius.

“Stone Blick” by STONE

Two towers, 30 and 50 stories tall, will be built on the Moscow River waterfront. The complex will feature 763 apartments ranging in size from 33 to 180 m². About 80% of the units face the Moskva River, Moscow State University, and “Moscow City.”

Buyers will be offered units with terraces and duplex penthouses. Life by the water here becomes part of the daily routine: a walk along the embankment before work, or an evening stroll along the river with friends or family.

“S5” by MR

“C5” will consist of three towers ranging from 25 to 48 stories tall and three clubhouses. The project will feature a total of 761 apartments and more than 600 floor plans.

The windows will offer views of Petrovsky Park, Dynamo Park, the Ostankino Tower, Moscow City, and downtown Moscow. An art space for relaxation will be created on the rooftop.

“Secret Garden” by “Kortros”

A complex consisting of three buildings ranging from 8 to 30 stories tall will be built in the Obruchevsky District. It will feature 1,066 apartments ranging from 29.9 to 145.2 m².

Buyers will be offered units with patios and terraces, as well as penthouses. The complex will feature two inner gardens and a retail promenade. Another interesting walking route begins just outside the complex—at the Vorontsovo estate.

“Sezar Buduschee” by Sezar

A new neighborhood will be built in the Khoroshevsky District. Six buildings will combine various housing formats: from clubhouses to 60-story towers.

A private park will serve as the centerpiece. An educational cluster and a food court will also be built here. Daily life revolves around the neighborhood’s own infrastructure: in the morning, it’s convenient to drop your child off at school; during the day, hold a business meeting at a café; and in the evening, stop by or relax with friends at a restaurant.

“Kazachiy” by MR

“Kazachiy” has become one of the most exclusive launches of the summer. The nine-story building on Yakimanka Street will feature 76 apartments and 4 penthouses.

Some residences will have their own front gardens. Inside the building, there will be a library with a fireplace, as well as spa and fitness areas. It’s about a kilometer to the Kremlin—Moscow’s historic center literally becomes part of everyday life. You can look forward to strolls through the old streets, meals at restaurants, and cultural excursions without long commutes.

This summer, developers are focusing on the premium segment, club-style buildings, and unique apartment layouts. Terraces, penthouses, private gardens, and views of parks and water are no longer just optional extras but an integral part of the concept.
