Polyanka 44. Cozy history

Stopped by this summer with my favorite iPhone in one of the significant new houses of Zamoskvorechye - a complex of club mansions "Polyanka/44".

The project includes eight mansions, three of which are historical, built by architect Gustav Helrich in the early twentieth century for merchant Malyshev. When working on the facade were found various molded Masonic amulets, bowls and stars, which were added during the construction of the architect with the client, designed to protect the owners of the house. Five modern aristocratic mansions with panoramic windows fit neatly into the historic building, thanks to the calibrated proportions and calm colors.

Inside, the resulting space is cozy, private and quiet with a landscaped garden, playground, walkways along the creek and seating areas.

In each building of "Polyanka" turned out cozy atmospheric lobbies with nice upholstered furniture, carpets, good proper light and appropriate harmonious decor.

I am a lover of details, so I separately noted for myself stylish black and gold wooden blocks of mailboxes, thoughtful navigation and icons on the doors, interesting lighting fixtures and skillfully hidden engineering. The developer of the PSN project has done the project and common areas tastefully, which is not always found, even on very expensive projects.

Zamoskvorechye is being actively built up. In addition to the recently completed and almost completed projects, four large projects will enter the market in this neighborhood in the coming year. And these are only those that I know about and with the developers of which we are now in close contact. But for the already built "Polyanka/44" such attention to the neighborhood is only good. New houses will be built for another 2-3 years, and in this project you can get the keys immediately on the day of the transaction.

There are a couple dozen apartments and a few view penthouses with terraces left for sale. The area from 98 to 270 meters. Price from 720,000₽ per meter.
