SHIFT is a five-tower neighborhood in the Donskoy District, built by the developer PIONEER based on a design by the architectural firm “Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners.” The modules on the facade are offset from one another, like blocks in a game of “Jenga”—each floor has its own pattern of niches and balconies, so the building looks different depending on which side you view it from.
523 apartments in five 18-story towers, ranging from 45.3 to 277.2 m². Ceiling heights start at 3.6 m and reach up to 7.92 m in the penthouses on the top floors. Some apartments are available with designer finishes, while others are delivered with a base finish, at the owner’s discretion. The courtyard is designed so that it is almost invisible from the street.
Downstairs is a lounge lobby where residents can have breakfast before working out at the fitness center. In the evenings, the cigar room and spa with massage rooms are open. Residents’ cars are parked in the underground parking garage, which has 528 spaces.
It’s a 12-minute drive to the Kremlin, 10 minutes to Sadovoy, and just two minutes to the Third Ring Road. The “Leninsky Prospekt” metro station is a nine-minute walk away.
