On Shluzovaya Embankment, construction is underway on “Mont Blanc”—a 99-meter tower and intimate residential buildings with facades made of natural limestone. Eighty percent of the apartments overlook the water, and a private courtyard with coniferous trees, shrubs, and flowers—reminiscent of an Alpine valley—is being created for residents.
The results are already evident: construction is several months ahead of schedule. The official completion date is early 2028, but the project may be finished sooner.
What makes “Montblanc” stand out?
• Architecture. The project consists of six sections: a 27-story tower and five buildings ranging from 7 to 12 stories in height. The architectural concept was developed by the SPICH architectural firm under the leadership of Sergey Choban. The design combines glass, natural stone, and concrete.
• Apartments and Views. The project includes 341 apartments, including penthouses. Features include panoramic windows, high ceilings, and terraces. The penthouses range up to 228 m² in size, with ceiling heights of 4.35 m.
• Private park. A 6,780 m² private park will be created in the courtyard, designed by the landscape architecture firm “Scape.” Plans for the park include an amphitheater, a playground, walking paths, a fitness area, and an open-air coworking space.
• Surroundings. Start your morning with a jog or a walk along Shluzovaya Embankment. In the evening, catch a concert at the House of Music or meet up with friends at a restaurant. On your day off, visit a museum or theater, or take a stroll through the historic streets of Zamoskvorechye.
