“Luche” — an apartment for a tutor

At the “Lyuche” family home by MR Private, an unusual concept has been designed for families with children: buyers of penthouses will receive an additional apartment that can be used to house a private tutor. The tutor will provide one-on-one lessons with the child without disrupting the family’s normal routine.

“Luce” on Krestovozdvizhensky Lane is an intimate, deluxe-class club-style residential building with 43 apartments and 3 penthouses. The architectural concept was developed by the Italian firm Archea Associati under the direction of Marco Casamonti. The project combines contemporary Italian architecture with the historic 1927 building.

Residents will have access to a private garden, a wellness area with a spa and hammam, a library, and a music lounge. The grand lobby, featuring a fireplace, will include lounge areas for meetings and relaxation. The penthouses will occupy the top floor and will feature spacious terraces, winter gardens, and wood-burning fireplaces.

Apartments for tutors are located on the first floor. Their floor area ranges from 27.4 to 37.7 m². At a price of 2.8 million rubles per m², the estimated cost ranges from 77 to 106 million rubles.

MR Private notes that a separate residence for the tutor helps preserve the family’s privacy and facilitates one-on-one lessons with the child in a comfortable setting. This approach expands the conventional understanding of family infrastructure in luxury real estate.
