A Fiztekh School Will Be Built in “MYs”
A public school for 1,250 students will be built in the “MYs” family nature cluster in the Odintsovo District. MR Group is creating an educational center in collaboration with the Fiztech Schools Development Fund and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
The developer is designing the school’s concept and infrastructure together with its partners. They will also participate in training teachers and the administrative team and oversee the implementation of the educational program.
The school will become part of the “MYs” educational center. Two kindergartens will open nearby. A building permit has already been obtained for the first one. The building will cover an area of more than 5,600 m² and is designed to accommodate 350 children aged 2 to 7.
“MYs” is located in the Odintsovo District and covers about 40 hectares, surrounded by a forest. The project includes apartment complexes ranging from 6 to 12 stories, clubhouses, townhouses, and cottages. It also features walking paths and recreational areas for residents.
