A park at an altitude of 340 meters will be built in Moscow City
Residential towers, restaurants, fitness centers, and other urban infrastructure have appeared in Moscow City. But the situation with green spaces is still more complicated: most of the landscaping is at ground level.
MR proposes a different scenario in the “One” project. In 2030, a landscaped park will be built at a height of 340 meters within a residential skyscraper. It will cover an area of more than 1,000 m², and its main feature will be green islands located at different levels.
Walking paths and suspension bridges will stretch between them. The walls will be complemented by vertical greenery, and a misting system, decorative lighting, and sound effects will be installed.
“One” itself will be one of Moscow’s tallest residential projects. The skyscraper will stand approximately 384 meters tall, with apartments located on floors 34 through 88. In total, the tower will feature 1,415 units with ceiling heights ranging from 3 to 4.1 meters, including duplex penthouses.
Inside, there will be restaurants, a shopping gallery, a fitness center with a swimming pool under a glass dome, and a preventive medicine clinic. Residents will have access to a sky lobby, a music lounge, a movie theater, a vinyl record library, children’s play areas, and a wellness club.
