“STONE Blik” Tops the Ranking of New Construction Projects
The premium residential complex “STONE Blik” took first place in the ranking of Moscow’s most attractive new construction projects for investment, compiled by “Metrium.” Experts considered two categories of indicators. The first relates to the initial purchase price, and the second to the project’s features and location.
“STONE Blik” received a score of 6.9 out of 10. This result was influenced by its prime location on the Moscow River, the views from the apartments, the landscaping, the variety of floor plans, and the terms of purchase. In August, the average price per square meter in the project was 638,700 rubles, and the lowest price for an apartment was 22.7 million rubles.
The residential complex is located in the Donskoy District on Novodanilovskaya Embankment. Two towers of varying heights—ranging from 30 to 50 stories—are connected by a stylobate. Residents are offered apartments ranging from 33 to 180 m², including duplex penthouses. About 80% of the units offer views of the Moskva River, “Moscow City,” Moscow State University, and the historic city center.
The complex features direct access to a landscaped waterfront promenade. Nearby are the Danilovsky Market, “Riviera,” and “Danilovskaya Manufaktura,” and the nearest metro station is an 8-minute walk away. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2030.
