Keys to the 4th Quarter of “Sobytie”
Donstroy has completed the handover of keys for the first phase of the 4th quarter of the “Sobytiya” project in Ramenki. The project stands out for its unusual architecture: two 50-story towers connected by floating bridges. In total, the project includes 1,107 apartments of various layouts.
These feature communal spaces for residents: a garden, relaxation areas, and spaces for sports and work. A movie theater and a beauty salon are also planned. One of the bridges is located at a height of 170 meters and is the highest pedestrian bridge in a residential building.
The Fourth Quarter is part of the large-scale “Sobytie” project, which consists of six phases. The complex’s architecture was designed by the firms “LDA Design” and “YUHA London.”
The buildings range in height from 8 to 50 stories. Apartments feature bay windows, French balconies, and loggias with frameless glazing, as well as penthouses with skylights and ceilings up to 6.4 meters high. Apartments are available either unfinished or with ready-to-move-in designer interiors.
Nearby is the “Sobytie” landscaped park, covering an area of 24 hectares. It extends toward the Ramensky River valley. It’s a pleasant place to take a walk with the whole family, play sports, and have a photo shoot by the fountain. The neighborhood is already coming to life now that the keys have been handed over to the residents.
