Shift Ranked Among the Top 3 Premium Projects
The Shift residential complex, developed by Pioneer, ranked among the top three best-selling premium-class projects under construction within the Third Transport Ring. Based on results from January through August 2026, it ranked 3rd in the “Nikoliers” rating.
A year earlier, Shift was in 4th place. Over the first 8 months of 2026, the project moved up one spot in terms of both the number of units sold and the total area sold. During this period, buyers purchased 5,642 m² of real estate.
Shift is located in the Donskoy District. The 2.47-hectare site will feature five 18-story towers connected by a private landscaped courtyard. The windows offer views of Moscow State University, Luzhniki, the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and “Moscow City.”

The architecture was designed by the firm “Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners.” The five towers were built using a modular design: the central tower features staggered floors, which creates additional balconies and terraces in the apartments.
Experts at “Nikoliers” attribute the demand for the project to a combination of location, architecture, quality of materials, and floor plans. These characteristics fuel interest in Shift.
