The “Tengri” Space at Lucky
On September 26, a new space called “Tengri” for sports and recovery opened in the Lucky neighborhood. The interiors feature a dark color palette with graphic details and soft, zoned lighting. The space is divided into zones—ensuring a private atmosphere and minimal visual distractions during workouts.
The program is based on a personalized approach. Digital technologies are used for physical assessments, and classes are held using professional equipment. After a busy day, residents can relax in a Finnish sauna or hammam.
Lucky, located in the Krasnaya Presnya district, covers 4.5 hectares. A quarter of the territory is set aside for green spaces. There are cafes and restaurants, the La Berёzka children’s academy, a sports center, and “Cyberdom.” An event plaza has been designed in the central area.
The residential section consists of 8 buildings ranging from 15 to 21 stories. There are 618 fully finished apartments here, with sizes up to 335 m². The top floors are occupied by penthouses. An underground parking garage is provided for vehicles.
The architectural concept for Lucky was developed by the “Meganom” architectural firm under the leadership of Yuri Grigoryan. These modern residential towers stand alongside historic buildings, gardens, and tree-lined avenues, forming a cohesive neighborhood.
