INNOVATIONS and Developer MR

MR ranked 5th in Russia’s first Developer Innovation Index. The study was conducted by the Skolkovo Foundation and VEB.RF, and the country’s 33 largest developers participated.

The company scored 11.09 out of 15, compared to a market average of 7.6. Developers were evaluated based on 15 criteria: ranging from the implementation of technologies at construction sites to working with digital services, startups, and training specialists.

One of MR’s key strengths was the digitization of the entire development process. The company ranked 4th in terms of the level of technological implementation in its projects. The evaluation took into account all stages: from site selection and design to construction, sales, and the building’s subsequent operation.

Experts specifically noted the use of information modeling technologies. Many developers use them during the design phase, but only six participants in the study applied information modeling during construction and operation. MR was among them and ranked 3rd in terms of digitalization of the design phase.

The company also demonstrated strong results in human resources management. In 2025, MR implemented four initiatives related to educational and industry programs, accelerators, hackathons, and competitions. In this category, the developer ranked 4th.

Another of MR’s strengths lies in its digital services for residents. The study took into account the extent to which digital tools support residents from the moment they choose an apartment through to living in the completed building and interacting with the property management company. Here, MR ranked 5th.

The first Developer Innovation Index was unveiled in August 2026. Its results show how actively the market’s largest companies are implementing technology—not only at individual stages, but throughout the entire process of real estate development and operation.

• “Nikol” — three historic buildings in the center of Moscow, near the Kremlin. The project combines deluxe residences with private gardens, shopping galleries, and public spaces, as well as a hotel with restaurants, boutiques, and a spa.
