The “Badaevsky” project has been put into operation
The "Badaevsky" project has reached a new milestone: the western section of the complex has received a permit for commissioning. The first phase includes 323 apartments, 3 villas, and 222 parking spaces. The total area exceeds 110,000 m².
The defining feature of “Badaevsky” remains unchanged: the new architecture here literally rises above the historic buildings of the former brewery. The residential buildings are supported by 35-meter-high columns.
The architectural concept was developed by the Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron, a Pritzker Prize laureate. The project has long been a standout not only in the Moscow real estate market. In 2019, “Badaevsky” received three awards at the World Architecture Festival.
The western “wing” has already been commissioned, and work on the project continues. Capital Group is currently building the eastern part of the complex.
