"Garden Neighborhoods." This is the name I heard every month from brokers all 4 years of working in the Moscow real estate market. It seems to me that every broker working in the premium segment, if he didn't close a deal there, he was sure to offer and show this project to his clients. It cannot be ignored.
Went there in early August to take some shots for my Telegram feed. The weather was overcast, but the dark metal facades look especially brutal against the dark gray sky. Brokers abbreviate "Garden Quarters" as "Sadiki". This is Inteko's flagship project in the center of Khamovniki.
