“Neva Towers”—a skyscraper with its own park

While Moscow swelters in 30-degree heat, residents of the new Neva Towers in the City are cooling off by the outdoor pool in their own private park on the 4th floor.

This project was impossible to miss for anyone planning to live in a skyscraper in Moscow: For several years, “Neva” ranked among the top three in sales in the premium segment among all other projects in the capital and has amassed an impressive collection of international awards.

In 2020, the Whitewill team took first place in sales for this tower among all real estate agencies. In the first half of 2021, we’ve already sold apartments here worth another 600,000,000₽. And we’ll most likely take home the top prize again.

Many of our buyers are from outside the region, as well as young people, well-known bloggers, and digital entrepreneurs. For many of them, “Neva” was the first property they ever purchased.

Our youngest client in this project was just 18 years old at the time of the transaction, while the oldest was 62.

Both towers have already been completed and are occupied; dozens of our clients have renovated their units and are posting Stories from their new apartments. The shopping gallery is still being finished, and the private movie theater—accessible only to residents of the complex—is awaiting furniture delivery.

It’s worth noting that the developer wasn’t able to implement all of the planned features. For example, the music studio, virtual golf course, and squash court—which were part of the original concept—were never fully completed. However, the park, the fitness center with a pool, the hammam and spa area, the club lounge, and the movie theater have all been executed well.
