Prime Park - 3 hectares of greenery
One of my goals is to shoot all the iconic projects and locations in the cities where Whitewill sells real estate. Through photo stories, I try to capture the atmosphere and architectural details of these locations to help our clients find the right place to live or invest.
Opposite Petrovsky Park, a stately neighborhood of skyscrapers has sprung up—one that’s hard to miss when driving along Leningradskoye Highway. And hidden behind its facades is its greatest treasure—a 3-hectare landscaped courtyard park with plenty of places to relax.
From the outside, the neighborhood resembles a miniature Manhattan. Nine 30- to 40-story towers designed by the British architectural firm Dyer surround a cozy park where children are already playing, mothers with children are relaxing, and locals are out for a stroll. The landscape design is by the Swedish firm Greenhace.
The developer—Optima—has created an entire floor of model apartments to showcase all the finishing options. British developers have always stood out for their meticulousness. Dyer’s chief architect, Philip Ball, has brought his approach to decor, details, and atmosphere to Moscow.
Residents of Prime Park are greeted like VIP guests at a luxury hotel. A helpful doorman always stands by the tall, solid doors, ready to assist with heavy bags and packages. Inside, a concierge is on hand to handle everyday tasks: from dropping off items at the dry cleaner to arranging an airport transfer.
But the atmosphere of a luxury hotel is further enhanced by the opulent interiors. The lobbies in all the towers feature 7-meter-high ceilings and cozy lounge areas. The finishes include dark glossy stone, lacquered veneer, and natural wood. The elegant interiors are complemented by art pieces and a stately chandelier. It’s even more beautiful in person.
The cozy courtyard garden features geoplastic sculptures, fountains, a statement sculpture, and several playgrounds, including a blue crater. It’s pleasant to stroll along the shaded path or relax in the lounge chair area. The highlight is the large, glossy red head of Antinous.
Looking at this beauty, you can see why Prime Park has been among the top three in sales for many years. And for all five years, we’ve held the No. 1 spot in sales here.
The final tower at Prime Park will go on sale this fall. We’re already compiling a list of those interested in purchasing an apartment here. Demand is high, but Whitewill clients will have access to the best floor plans under special terms.
