Oleg Torbosov stopped by to see River Park Kutuzovsky and shoot what their much-talked-about exploitable roof for barbecues and hedonistic recreation looks like in person.

The Aeon team got fancy and created a full public space at bird's flight height. The cost of the roof amounted to more than a billion rubles.
